I believe people are more amazing than they know! Therapy helps people identify and utilize their strengths as they work through challenges. Many people live with pain and suffering that can be seen or hidden from others. Therapy provides an opportunity to share personal stories to gain clarity, acceptance, and motivation to change. I understand the daily courage it takes to survive in difficult circumstances. Therapy provides the tools to help people move beyond simply surviving to start thriving. I like to work with a variety of people, ages, and issues. I aim to provide a warm and friendly environment where everyone is welcome.
I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, which can treat trauma and a variety of issues such as OCD, phobias, depression, and anxiety. I utilize many therapeutic modalities to tailor treatment to my clients. I utilize CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, I-CBT, SFBT. I have especial experience working with neurodiversity, OCD, BFRBs, and providing therapy at all ages.
