Individual therapy - $140 (Intake Appointment $175)
One-on-one sessions with a licensed therapist tailored to your personal goals and concerns
Focus on self-exploration, symptom reduction (anxiety, depression, trauma), and skill-building (emotion regulation, stress management, mindfulness)
Uses evidence-based approaches (CBT, ACT, DBT, trauma-informed therapies) selected to fit your needs and preferences
Confidential, paced to your readiness, and adaptable in frequency (weekly, biweekly, or as needed)
Works well for life transitions, grief, self-esteem issues, relationship patterns, and coping with chronic illness
Couples therapy - $140 (Intake Appointment $175)
Joint sessions for partners aiming to improve communication, resolve conflict, and strengthen connection
Focus on patterns of interaction, unmet needs, trust repair, and rebuilding intimacy
Employs structured methods (emotionally focused therapy, Gottman-informed techniques, communication skill training) to reduce destructive cycles and increase empathy
Facilitates negotiation of roles, boundaries, and shared goals, and can address affairs, parenting disagreements, or blended-family dynamics
Sessions may include individual check-ins and homework to practice new skills between sessions
Family therapy - $140 (Intake Appointment $175)
Multi-member sessions that address family dynamics, roles, and systemic patterns affecting functioning. Works with parents, children, adolescents, and extended family to improve communication, problem-solving, and mutual support
Uses systemic and developmental approaches to identify strengths, realign boundaries, and create consistent routines and expectations
Involves goal-setting with the family, skill-building (emotion coaching, conflict resolution), and coordination with schools or other providers when needed
Testing
We currently do not accept insurance for testing. All costs are out-of-pocket.
ADOS-2: $800 (Psych Intern-Limited Space: $575)
The ADOS-2 (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, Second Edition) is a structured, in-person assessment conducted over approximately 2.5–3 hours to evaluate social communication and behavior. The evaluation includes a combination of direct observation, structured activities, and a developmental interview, along with brief online questionnaires completed in advance. For adolescents and young adults, a parent or caregiver (or someone familiar with early development) is typically required to provide a developmental history, either in person or via telehealth.
ScenicView is excited to announce that until December 2026, we will be offering additional testing provided by Clinical Psychology Intern, Matthew Roughan, LMFT who is completing his doctorate at the University of Utah. Matthew will be supervised by Clinical Psychologist Dr. Ingrid Boveda. We will be offering the following assessments:
Autism Testing: $575
Autism testing is a structured, in-person assessment conducted over approximately 2.5–3 hours to evaluate social communication and behavior utilizing the ADOS-2 or MIGDAS assessments. The evaluation includes a combination of direct observation, structured activities, and a developmental interview, along with brief online questionnaires completed in advance. For adolescents and young adults, a parent or caregiver (or someone familiar with early development) is typically required to provide a developmental history, either in person or via telehealth.
Psychological Assessment: $700
A Psychological Assessment is a comprehensive evaluation conducted over approximately 2 hours to better understand cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning. The assessment may include standardized measures of intelligence (e.g., WAIS or WISC), attention and executive functioning (e.g., Conners or D-KEFS), and personality or emotional functioning (e.g., MACI, MCMI, or MPACI), along with a clinical interview. This process helps clarify concerns such as ADHD, mood or anxiety disorders, or possible intellectual disability, and guides personalized recommendations.
Learning Disability Assessment: $725
A Learning Disability Assessment is a comprehensive evaluation conducted over approximately 4 hours (or two 2-hour sessions) to assess cognitive, academic, and learning-related functioning. The assessment includes standardized measures of intelligence (e.g., WAIS or WISC), adaptive functioning (Vineland), and memory/learning (e.g., WRAML-3 or RBANS), along with executive functioning tasks (D-KEFS) and a clinical interview. This process helps identify learning differences and provides clear, individualized recommendations for academic and functional support.
Neuropsychological Assessment: $875
A Neuropsychological Assessment is a comprehensive evaluation conducted over approximately 4 hours (or two 2-hour sessions) to examine cognitive functioning, with particular attention to memory, attention, and executive skills. The assessment includes standardized measures of intelligence (e.g., WAIS or WISC), adaptive functioning (Vineland), and memory/learning (e.g., WRAML-3 or RBANS), along with executive functioning tasks (D-KEFS) and a clinical interview. This evaluation is often requested by individuals seeking a more in-depth understanding of brain-based functioning, including concerns about memory or a desire for comprehensive neuropsychological testing, and results in detailed diagnostic impressions and tailored recommendations.
