Laurel Smith, CSW
In therapy, I find both purpose and value in taking a client-centered approach. I’ve found success in integrating elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills into my work. My goal is to support individuals, couples, and families as they navigate and make sense of the complex realities of their lives." - Laurel
