Utilizing an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy framework, a trauma-informed lens, and a sex-positive perspective, you will learn to engage your struggle in a new and hopeful way with tools focused on:
increasing mindfulness and self-awareness to better recognize physical and emotional patterns that keep you stuck
learning to sit with urges and uncomfortable emotions rather than being afraid of them
practicing self-compassion without becoming complacent in living your values.
